Skyjack introduced the 8243 and 8850 mid-sized scissor lifts early this year. The 8243 has an 82-inch-wide chassis with a 43-foot platform height, and the 8850 is 88 inches wide with a 50-foot platform height.

Both can be driven — on firm, tier surfaces — while prolonged to their full height. In rough-terrain mode, with platforms stored, they’re rated to process 30-percent grades. The 64½-×115½-inch deck has a 54-inch lengthiness, stretching work area to 76 square feet.
