what time should it start and finish?

The ones around here start around 8 A.M. and end whenever the customers stop coming. We rarely have them on Sundays. But, where my sister lives, they have them on Sundays all the time.My mom lives in Florida, and they go to the sales starting at 6A.M. I guess its whatever suits you, just advertise your hours so people know.Also, keep it open so working people can stop by after work. You will get a lot of business then.
