I found a pup but the owners say hes a Australian Shepherd mix Golden Retriever please tell me wat mix is this.

If you read it carefully, it tells you it is a Golden Retriever and Australian Shepherd mixed.

    It’s possible. Maybe even Aussie/Lab. Maybe no Aussie at all. It’s hard to say when they are that young.

  9. OMG! She’s gorgeous!
    I think the owners right, there looks like there’s a lot of retriever in there. It’s cool that she’s a mix too – there’s less chance of allergies and mix breeds generally have less health problems than pure breeds.

  10. The Australian Retriever is not a purebred dog… It crosses between the Australian Sherpherd and the Golden Retriever. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all the breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. Not all of these desginer hybrid dogs being bred are 50% purebred 50% purebred. It is very common for breeders to breed multi-generation crosses/
