Psychics: When will this economy get better so I can get my house sold?
I really would like to get my house sold by the end of Spring. Please offer suggestions. I have a fence in the yard and we keep it mowed and cleaned up the yard and intend to put some potted plants around. What else can I do? I have it listed on oodle.com and Zillow.com and Craigslist and BEbo.com.
I suggest you get a Realtor to have your house list on MLS listings. In this economy condition, you need to give incentives to someone to find a buyer for your house.

i don’t know where you live. every city has a different situation with some metro areas expected to recover faster than others however home prices going up 20% a year is never gonna happen a gain. that’s what got the economy in trouble. for most of the country we’ll be lucky to get prices to stop going down next year.
