I’ve found a new ‘oodle cross breed….ready for a laugh?
I have found an advert for WAIT FOR IT……………………………….
A Lurcheroodle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A Lurcher for those who don’t know is a sight hound x breed (e.g Greyhound x Collie)
I have always owned Lurchers and would never pay more than about £60 for one as it is a cross breed but this greedy person wants £300 for a dog with AT least 3 different breeds in in.
Thoughts please.
Did you find it as ridiculous as i did?

Holy moly!
That is so sweet looking, but like you say, should really be classed as a X-breed and nothing else. £300 is a bit steep, but I suppose someone out there will fall in love with a pup and may be willing to pay even more than that.
I wonder if they did it on purpose, or whether it was an accident? Doubt anyone would purposely cross a lurcher and poodle! Would love to see it fully grown!

mutts are way better dogs anyway, but the fact that they are charging that much and they bred their dog in an immature manner just ticks me off.

Ok so this is a complete rip off, seems like some people will do anything to fill their back pocket these days. That pup is pretty cute though, but still, money grabber or what!!!

Thats a lot of money for a x breed I agree. People are only breeding them to make oodles of money. Having said that I’ve got a labradoodle and she’s lovely.

That puppy was ugly as sin. The poor thing, I feel so bad for it. Is that the only picture they put up? How are it’s legs, chest, eyes and all that?

Why do people feel they can breed this dog with that dog, come up with some silly name for it and call it a "new breed". It’s a mutt and it’s pretty sickening that they are try to sell it at that price. I feel bad for all these dogs out there, born into the world as some experiment for these idiotic people to make money off of them. It’s disgusting!

Nice try, but no cigar!
We’ve got a full-blown pedigree Briard (mum was Crufts best of breed) that cost £600, and a Labradoodle which was free from a rescue home, both are equally loved. I don’t think I would consider paying anything like £300 for a cross-breed of a cross-breed.
BTW my old lab/collie x-breed sired some cute pups which went for free to good homes – did someone miss a wonderful marketing opportunity?

Prices of ‘oodle’ crosses are stupid. but I did see a St Bernard ‘oodle’ cross. This oodle breeding faze scares me. Go to a rescue centre people, there are many cross breeds there!
