Other than going to a Real Estate Agent or looking for signs, how do you find LAND FOR SALE in a certain area?
What are some other ways to find land for sale?
Online, etc.?

Look for a local MLS site. MLS is multiple listing service which will list every property for sale in a selected region. Each area has their own MLS service.

Try your local newspapers. The land for sale ads usually appear right after the house for sale ads.
Realtors have websites. But I would not expect to find many ads for land. Not enough commission for Realtors to be interested.

Knock on some doors. If you see property that you are interested in, you ought to make them an offer. Most times the best deals are the ones that are not advertised. And then sometimes you might come across a property owner who had not considered selling until someone came by and offered to buy it. Thats how I ended up getting my house for $52,000 under the fair market value.
