Thinking of moving there. Maybe hard to sell a house there in the future? Lots for sale Indigo Creek area.
The houses to which I refer are west of Business 17. If that were the case there would be no homes for sale over 3 yrs. old.

Because the whole area usually gets destroyed every 3 years by hurricanes….plus the homeowners/flood insurance is way over 10K a year.
