I live in oregon and i go the main library in downtown portland and they have copies of every daily oregonian from the last 100 years.

I’ve went there and looked at one from 1957 and they had a house on 70 acres of farmland for like $50,000 can’t remember exacly but it was SUPER LOW. and it was like 35 miles south of portland.

Find a really old real estate broker who has kept all the MLS books – yes, we used to have books in the days before computers. You probably won’t have much luck!
