I don’t want to deal with any banks. I need a low down payment and to pay in monthly installments

Will have to buy from the owner, and pay them,, not many banks will finance a mobile home over 5 years old… Maybe out west is a bit diff. Look in the newspaper under the classifieds. and also on line with Denver paper.. or paper in that county.l… Also just drive thru mobile home courts, might find a sign on one of them,, Did that many years ago..Makes great ski lodge rentals for the cheap skier
