I have a patio home that needs the carpet replaced through out the.We intend to sale this home in the next few years and want to use flooring materials that will the most popular amongst buyers.

Wood floors do increase the value of your house and they are more desirable. Also, a tile flooring is also a wise choice, such as using marble or granite tiles.

    The trend is toward wood floors and wood floors do increase the value of your home. However, I still prefer carpeting.
