I have been to several real estate websites recently, and most of them seem to have some (not all) houses at extremely low price. For example, 10K… or 20K. What is going on?? What could be the catch?
Neighborhood could be an issue, but the house doesnt seem like to be in a bad condition in pictures at least.

Walk in, ask questions.
Or keep wondering, choice is yours. I’d be tempted to come over and buy one I have seen on ebay but you guys have guns! No way you’ll ever see me over there
