Does anyone know where i can find a BERNESE MOUNTAIN DOG PUPPY for sale located in MICHIGAN?
I AM LOOKING FOR A BERNESE MOUNTAIN DOG PUPPY FOR MY FAMILY.I REALLY NEED HELP. IF ANYONE KNOWS OF A LOCATION IN MICHIGAN OR ANYWHERE WHERE I CAN FIND ONE.THANK YOU
If you are going to buy a Bernese, please be sure to only buy from a responsible, reputable breeder. Backyard bred Bernese are often riddled with health issues and have poor temperament (shy or sharp/aggressive) and the $$ you save by purchasing a poorly bred dog will be quickly consumed in extra vet and training bills.
Here is the breeder referral for the Bernese Mtn Dog Club of America: http://www.bmdca.org/olbr/
Here is the Michigan Bernese club:

When looking for a purebred dog always start with the National breed club. In this case contact the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of America for referral to a reputable breeder and/or rescue groups in your area.

The AKC lists a lot of different breeders that are reputable.
There are more than 10 kennels on that page, all scattered throughout Michigan.

If this is the right breed for you then you tend to need to go on a waiting list for a breeder of the type you like.
Best to visit a few breeders in the first instance or attend shows etc so you know what you are looking for.
I had to wait 2 years for my breeder to have a litter and well worth the wait as well.
They aren’t like some breeds and available when you want one, time and patience is the key with this breed all round.
AA has put up the contacts you need in order to find the right breeder.
A badly bred Bernese will be the bane of your life and massive expense all round.
Make sure you do your homework and don’t be afraid to travel a long distance to get the right pup.
