Sometimes on-line sellers are puppymillers. These pups live in deplorable conditions and that is where most pet store get their puppies. I have adopted two papillons from Pap911rescue.org. One pap female is 6 yr old and the other is a 1 yr old male. But there are alot of rescue organizations that have great pets.
