Well the comment about the 3 285s kicking 2 gtx295 with the dual GPu’s is theoretically incorrect in real world and Vantage and 3D mark 06 In this board the 2x gtx295 in sli quad wipe the floor with 3 285 dont waste your money 2 x 295 only way to go. you need decent 2200 mhz memory in tri channel. all is sweet.

If the problem persists, backup data, wipe all HDDs, and install Win7 or WinVistaUltimate.

i recently bought a new pc and i had problems since the first use.
the most frequent problem i am having is the well known Blue Screen Of Death.
Is it a hardware problem or it might be a software one?
system:
CPU: i7 at 2.66 Ghz
4 GB of ram, but only 2 GB are visible to the pc:S
Evga x58 3 way sli classified V
GPU: asus gtx 295
i’ve had numerous problems except for the BSoD and the 2 GB ram.

show me what all that hardware can do. I’m not impressed when i see games like gta 4 running on these expensive systems and only getting around 45 fps. I’m an fps fanatic. I need my games running at 100fps or I feel like the game is choppy. I have gta san andreas running on my computer at 100 fps and nothing beats the fluidity in that game.
