    oops. i meant 4:08.. you know how most of the kids nowadays trying to act like they all cool and tough and stuff.. when you see someone wearing clothes of that kind you can automaticly and easily compared that guy to those kids you see every day.. and the fact that he actually gave money and didnt care about what hapenned around here or who would have looked at him just shows that hes doing it for himself and what he thinks has value to his eyes.. anyways.. thats my own interpretation of 4:08!xD
