Any details on the above? I’ve e-mailed,mailed a letter, and known as the organization. Big Mystery here due to the fact I can’t get these folks to answer. I am informed that “Empleate en Tijuana” is an “insert” or placed inside the key newspapers in Tijuana and also distributed no cost like the “pennysaver” magazine’s we see in 7-11’s, etc. Does everyone have a great direction or answer?
